The Langrons …… are surrounded by the Burgundy countryside.

The beautiful medieval walled town of Semur-en-Auxois is just five minutes by car, ten minutes by bike or on a half-hour walk. This city has a population of nearly five thousand inhabitants.

It hosts an open air market for fresh food on Sunday.

It has a wide range of shops and services, including three supermarkets, a good choice of restaurants, a cinema, amusement park with arcade and online casino games …

You will find a beautiful collegiate church: Notre Dame, a theater, a museum.

The small region of Auxois is located in the heart of Burgundy.

It is a region where green hills nestle small villages stone. It is full of remarkable historical monuments, and you will also have many opportunities for sports and activities.

– Dijon, the former capital of the Dukes of Burgundy, gastronomic center of the region, has an excellent museum of Fine Arts located in the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy and well-stocked stores.

Beaune, commercial center of the Burgundy wine region, with its magnificent hospice and wine museum.

Beaune is also a must for shopping. The road from Dijon to Beaune winds through the vineyards of Burgundy. .

Do not miss the Chateau Clos de Vougeot with his Brotherhood of Knights of Tastevin.

– Auxerre, on the banks of the Yonne, is also less than an hour away.

– Vézelay, known as the “eternal hill” of which St. Bernard preached the Second Crusade, is also nearby and worth a visit.

– The Morvan is a regional nature park with lakes of exceptional beauty, where you can swim, hike, go horseback riding.
